Term and Condition

1. The pricing for all our items are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia).
2. All delivery/postal charges will be borne by the buyer.
3. All COD and Door-to-Door deliveries require a 50% deposit prior delivery. In the circumstances of a ‘no-show’ from the buyer on the appointed delivery date, we shall refund only 80% of the deposit to the buyer’s account.
4. Items are considered sold after payment is received and will be delivered after payment and delivery time has been settled/decided.
5. We are not liable for any damages and/or lost items caused by the postal/courier services.
6. We reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this T&C, and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner.

1. The best way to confirm your order is by pre-paying your items. We shall provide our account # (whichever that applies) in our invoice to you, so please check your emails after ordering.
2. Cash Deposit at Maybank/CIMB ATMs ~ email / sms /call us the transaction time, and keep the receipt from the atm machine for your reference # once payment is made.

Delivery

1. Door-to-Door. If you’d like us to deliver your purchases right to your doorstep (at no extra charge!): limited in SHAH ALAM area
2. Via PosLaju. If your destination is not listed above and you’d rather we ship your items directly, then this is the option for you. Use this link to check the postage rates to the destination of your choice. We shall include the total weight of your items and shipping charges in your Invoice. All items will be shipped from Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Roughly, standard PosLaju rates are as below:
a) Within Peninsular Malaysia : RM7 for first item (RM6 for 500grams and RM1 for packaging). Add RM1.00 for each additional item (250grams)
b) Between Peninsular & Sarawak : RM9 for first item (RM8 for 500grams and RM1 for packaging). Add RM1.50 for each additional item (250grams)
c) Between Peninsular & Sabah : RM10 for first item (RM9 for 500grams and RM1 for packaging). Add RM2.00 for each additional item (250grams)
